The original site for Plant 1 when the Levy Group of Companies acquired Ace Asphalt in 1986 was the Ace Garage property at 2181 Coldwater Road. In 1996, operations were moved to the Davisburg site where we set up a 1987 400 tons/hour Standard Havens Plant. We upgraded to a new Gencor 600 tons/hour plant in 1998, servicing Livingston, Oakland, Genesee, and Shiawasee Counties.

Plant 3 was purchased by the Levy Group of Companies in 1986. At that time, there was a 150 tons/hour batch plant, which, in 1997, was converted to a Dillman Duo 400 tons/hour drum, servicing Genesee, Tuscola, Lapeer, and Shiawasee Counties with the primary focus on commercial sales.

The Levy Group of Companies purchased the Cedar Rapids 1997 500 tons/hour drum plant from Iafrate Company in 2002, servicing the Port Huron area including Lapeer, Macomb, St. Clair, and Sanilac counties.
