NAPA’s Diamond Achievement Commendations is the mark of excellence in asphalt plant/site operations. It is designed to recognize and encourage responsible practices on a self-assessment basis. Since the program’s inception in 1999, it has gained recognition across the country as the Oscar® for asphalt plants. Earning the Diamond Achievement is the result of self-assessment of six separate categories of plan and site operations:
